Packing Lists
Discover our range of packing lists or document pouches. Suitable for depositing delivery notes and/or invoices and adhering to packages or pallets. Your customer receives the documents without the package needing to be opened. You can choose from five different sizes, available with or without 'Packing List' printed. There is an insertion opening on the wider side.
These five sizes are based on an A4 document (29.7 x 21 cm) flat or folded in two, three, four, or six.
- PA 4/6: Sheet folded in 6, 120 x 110
- PA 4/4: Sheet folded in 4, 160 x 110
- PA 4/3: Sheet folded in 3, 220 x 110
- PA 4/2: Sheet folded in 2, 220 x 160
- PA 4/1: Sheet unfolded, 305 x 230
Non-standard sizes are available on request.

Certainly, we generally work on a custom quote basis. It is also possible to personalize most of our products with your logo or other branding.
Many of the products in our range are kept in stock as standard. If production is required at the customer’s request, the delivery time will be longer, typically 3 to 4 weeks.
We generally offer free delivery in the Benelux for orders from €250, excluding VAT. For purchase amounts below €250, a shipping fee will be charged.
Certainly, we generally deliver worldwide. However, for shipments outside the Benelux, shipping costs will be charged.
Payment can be made easily by bank transfer or credit card. For custom production, we require an advance payment of 50% of the invoice value.
Yes, that is generally possible. In that case, the purchase price will be increased by the applicable VAT.
